Fabiano Brothers New Facility
Fabiano Brothers, Inc. will build a new facility with corporate offices and develop “Market Place Corporate Center”, a new business park in Monitor Township, Bay county, Michigan. Fabiano Brothers will anchor the new Market Place Corporate Center.
Fabiano Brothers, a family owned company, established in 1911 in the United States, distributes beer, wine, and liquor in the eastern, central, and northern counties of Michigan’s Lower 
Peninsula. The company has broken ground on a new state of
the art distribution center and corporate office totaling approximately 200,000 square feet. Fabiano Brothers will be the anchor tenant in the new business park “Market Place Corporate Center” that will be operated by Northern Michigan Land Investments and owned by James C. Fabiano II and Joseph R. Fabiano II. Market Place Corporate Center consists of over seventy acres at the southeast corner of Mackinaw Road and US-10. Fabiano Brothers new facility will occupy twenty one acres on the northeast section of the property.
Fabiano Brothers has been a family owned business since its inception. In 1885, Gennaro Fabiano opened a cantina in San Ippalito, Italy. He sold fruit, vegetables, and his own homemade wine. The cantina is still being operated by distant relatives of the Fabiano Family.
Based upon a firm foundation of tradition and integrity, the
company continues to thrive under the leadership of James C. Fabiano, Sr. and the fourth generation of the Fabiano family, James II and Joseph II. Fabiano Brothers has been striving for excellence for over ninety five years and looks forward to continued success and commitment for years to come.
